Staff were very friendly and when we had a small issue the customer service was excellent. Great room with extra pillows. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Nice strong shower with plenty of hot water. Great location just off motorway for our drive back to UK. Small restaurant on site with decent wine and typical French dishes. Tea and coffee in room.

Not too expensive hotel for a night in our journey from south to north of France with possibility to choose between a double bed for the parents and single beds for the kids in two separate rooms. The extra plus was that we could let our electric car charge overnight while we slept, being able to keep going right after waking up!

the bed is so comfortable the breakfast is perfect electric charging station just outside the door drive-in motel car parked outside door very handicap friendly 2 min to "rocade" discret and helpful reception Big shower towels kettle and tea and coffee in room garden furniture outside reception reception in separate building entrance gate closes at night easy access to motel big TV screen with many channels quiet

Room offered immediately even though I arrived 3 hrs ahead of agreed arrival time. Food in the evening was excellent Reception staff extremely helpful

the location is near our office, and the breakfast is quite good. The service is also nice and kin. it is really good place when I travel to Bordeaux again.

Spacious, nice colours, easy access, kettle, shampoo and soap, big towels. Big bed , lovely mattress and fresh soft linen.

Very nice and cozy place, room is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to my friends or colleagues this hotel. Breakfast did not used we have an early appointment in restaurant in Bordeaux.

Disabled facilities were very good. Very dog friendly. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Would stay again😊
